Smile Delayed Write FAIL(DED)

I reformatted, and was greated by this very welcoming error,
Windows -Delayed Write Failed

I am running Windows XP x64 Bit here, and i can't install SP2/SP3 because it says "error reading inf" or something.

It keeps spamming, and its pissing me off.

Any suggestions?

By the way, everything brand spanking new.

edit:
cool, it just crashed me.

Reallocated sector count is yellow, spin retry count is yellow, too.

Health status is ok. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Oh and my other hard drive is failing, but that's not the HDD that is spamming the errors.
