lol figures,, people on OCN wouldn't know how to fix Dells....

most computer shipped after some month around nov 2004 by dell have a recovery partition/image stored on the HDD, that you can use to reload the pc. it's powered by norton ghost.

when first booting up make sure you hold CTRL + F11 (i think). Press it several times to make sure you get it, to start this recovery console.

this image / recovery console will return the dell back to it's factory state, with all the drivers installed! =D.

LOL your right, i have never owned a dell so i have no clue how to fix......BUT fixing my sisters now will make me a pro lol

anyway see i didn't know about that ctrl F11 thingy........dell didn't say anything about that they just sent the disk lol it don't take too long maybe ill just do that now lol
