Is the W7 on a disc? If so go to your bios and go to boot settings, change it to be dvd/cd on startup instead of OS. Then turn the pc off and start it up. It will load on the disc and you should know where to go from there.

Assuming you have it on DVD, then just boot up using the DVD and follow the instructions to install. This will overwrite your current OS so make sure you backup anything important first.

But before you install, make absolutely certain that you tell it to first Delete the partition, then have it Create a new one so that it creates a properly sized one for the installation. Then have it format. And then you're free to install.

Custom User Title is for Overclocked Account members.
To replace the OS, just boot the DVD, delete the current drives partition, then click "Create", and it'll create a new one on your drive. Make sure to delete the whole drives partition, so that it shows as only one full drive, if you happen to have a factory machine that has a recovery partition, since that partition will be useless. What you simply do is boot the DVD, then when it asks where to install, highlight your drive, click "Delete" on your drives partition, then click "Format". Then hit next, and it'll start the copying process. Your PC, being a factory PC, may show two drives on that screen, with one saying Recovery. Make sure you delete both of the partitions that it shows. Doing that will make it as one full drive, and then you continue with the format, and make sure the size is for the full drive.

When you tell it to delete and then create, you still only end up with 1 solid partition. It's not that you'll end up with 2 halves. But it will make a little partition that it needs to use for the installation, but it has to be big enough so the installation goes smoothly. I learned this the hard way. I think it makes a 100 MB (yep, that's Megabytes) partition, whereas the one you have now is like 8, 20 MB or something smaller like that. It's nowhere near big enough.
So, just trust me. You'll see what I mean if you don't do this.
