RTM does not expire;
RTM = Release To Manufacturing

RC = Build 7100.

I have already had a chance to try out the RTM and there is no noticeable differences between 7600-16385-090713 and 7100. Either way I get RTM for free tomorrow.

Can someone confirm that 7600 (what torrents claim) is actually the RTM build? or would we have to wait until tomorrow to find out?

It's been confirmed, but people will still dispute it.

Retail price for a technet plus download subscription is $350 USD and ms just did a couple of promotions, one for $100 off (which I missed) and another for $75 off (which I jumped on). Considering that you get 10 prod keys each for nearly 200 pieces of software, I'd say it was money well spent.
