Question Extract cd-key?

So, my RAID0 array is starting to flake on me... sometimes i will turn it on and it says my array has failed, and it will take multiple restarts or a cold boot to bring it back, but i think its just a matter of time.

so i will need to reinstall my OS, Vista x64, but i cant find my cd-key... how can i find out my cd-key, program? registry browsing? i downloaded one from a website, but i scanned it for viruses and it found a worm in it.

does anyone have a program theyve used before that would work for me?

Belarc Advisor will inventory your computer of all hardware, software, and security patches. If you can boot into your OS, download install it. It will show all licenses and keys of all installed programs.
