Default Backup Question

Hi guys,
I'm currently running windows 7 with 2 150gb raptors in Raid 0. My pc randomly freezes, and when I restart it, it cannot find the array.. when I turn it off, and back on, it finds it...

I want to reformat, without raid to vista 64 since i recently acquired a free upgrade coupon to win7. However, the problem is, I have about 120 games installed on my pc and I would hate to have to reinstall every one of them.

Is there a program that backs up applications and registry keys?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

there are a few out there, (can remember any off the top of my head) but to be completely honest with you the transition from 1 OS to another, will well goof things up, things might not work, and you'll eventually get fed up with it and reinstall them anyway
my 2 suggestion

1)the random freezes, maybe a RAID card controller isn't installed correctly, or try updating the driver?

2)backup just your save games and configs for your games, and just reinstall xP

Sovietr4mbo,

Microsoft does have an official Windows 7 Support Forum located here http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...egory/w7itpro/ . It is supported by product specialists as well as engineers and support teams. You may want to check the threads available there for additional assistance and feedback.
