Default Windows Experience Index In Windows 7
Was wondering if people were getting the same WEI Scores in the final version of Windows 7 (7600) like they did in the RC Version.? Is everyone still getting low Hard Drives scores in Windows 7? Also can you see any noticeable differences between the Final Version and the Release Candidate Version of Windows 7 or they virtually the same

7600 and 7100 are very alike in my experience.
I still have some screenshots from 7000, and there it would rate my RAM at 5,9 and gaming performance at 6.0
Now i've got 7,5 everywhere exept on the HDD, which is still at 5,4

this score is ridiculous when only ssd drives get over a 5.4. so you get a 7.6 in everything but the hdd's 5.4 and your overall rating is 5.4? dumb

you get 5.4 with ssd,i'm on sata 2's & get 5.9.

Two drives in RAID0 and short stroked give me 6.1 in build 7200.

I get a 5.9 memory (with ram at 1300 CL7), 5.9 HDD, and 7.7 in every other category.

It makes sense that the lowest score is used, as that emphasizes bottlenecks. That said, windows experience indexes are mostly meaningless.
