Default Windows 7 Ultimate x64 not seeing 4GB of RAM

Just like the title says- I upgraded to W7 Ultimate x64 OEM on my backup rig and it says now that only 3.25GB are usable. Oddly enough, CPU-Z 64-bit sees all 4GB.

What gives? Is there a hotfix or something that I need to do? I had no problem before using or seeing 4GB with Vista Ultimate x64.

EDIT: Screenie

I remember there was a hotfix for Vista 64bit so it could use for 4gb ram

Would have thought Microsoft would have already fixed that for the release of 7 though

you have to go into your bios and change a memory mapping on your north bridge set up. this will allow windows 64 bit to re allocate your new memory

usually in the form of " allow memory remapping [enable]"
