Ok guy's so i just went to my computer and got this



?? Whats going on here??

Um, what services did you disable..? And do you have an internet connection? If you don't, it will say that.

Mine says that for about two seconds before it refreshes and shows it's Activated, but if I don't have a connection then it won't show it.

Obviously you have one since you're making a thread, but it's still a valid question.

I would enable the services you disabled and NOT disable anything if you don't know what it is.

try throwing windows update back on and see if it reappears only thing i can think of out of that list.

as long as it doesnt start shutting off windows features, so aero/deskbackground that stuff it should be fine.
