Windows 7 Beta Sill Working?
How long does windows beta last before you are forced to upgrade to a real version?
__________________I installed windows 7 Beta on my brothers computer and while I have since installed the real version he hasn't. I was trying to see how much longer it would last on his computer so I searched google this forum. I keep seing August, 2009 but his is still working, so what is up? Was it extended? What's the deal? Thanks guys.

It will last until around may of next year before it shuts down every 2 hours IIRC. Btw hi from md

Beta does not work, Release Candidate will work till end of April, 2010 (with continuous automatic shutdowns every 2 hours starting in March).
