Have you used the "Repair" option from the OS CD at boot?

it goes away when i don't overclock and set my bios to "optimized default" my system.... but some one told me it might have been something to with my north-bridges, so i lowered my HT link to stock and put the voltage to stock, booted earlier then i just got the error again when i tried to boot.

So it sounds like a unstable OC...

why an windows error message then?

and i ran numerous tests, no BSOD, no RAM errors, no lock ups. only stuttering in games when my HT is high i tried LinX and got no cpu or ram errors errors.

In a way it is. Some change that has taken place, whether by overclocking or hardware changes, has somehow corrupted your OS. This has happened to me before, in the way of missing BOOTMGR errors. The best thing to do (if you can tweak your settings to get it to start up) is to back up your files and do a reformat. Even if you can get stability on an OC I have a feeling this problem will keep plaguing you.

If it only happens when you OC, and goes away when you don't, it's glaringly obvious then...

Bump up those voltages
