I have a WC setup so I don't think it is over heating, since speedfan says my cpu is -64C
Speedfan is wrong. There is no way you are -64C on a water cooled setup. Either you meant 64C, you live in a -65C degree climate or it's just plain wrong.

Check your CPU temps with something else. Also, what is your GPU @?

Then check:

I had the same problem as you, and my problem was defective RAM. So check that out too if you haven't.

Ya might be a bad stick. Also, like I said a few back, check your cpu temp cause it's not -64C. If you are idling at 64C, it might be thermal shutdown on load.

I'm 80% it's your memory.
Try using only 2GB or try different sticks at a lower frequency.

You could also try and look for a loose connection (worth a shot)

Well turned it on and ran slax to start deciding which piece of hardware is messed up and as soon as i took off the side i noticed i am not getting any water flow... guessing my pump is dead which is just great since i had to fix it recently for leaks since the sides cracked.

guess i need to take it apart and see if i can fix that and see if everything else works after that... hope i didn't over heat everything
