This is the same issue I ran into last night - notice it says "cd/dvd driver is missing" googling around shows this to be mostly an issue with a bad burn or with win7 install off of SATA based Optical disk drives. Almost all of them resolved their problems through one of the following.
__________________Reburn the ISO at lower speed - not always a resolution but usually fixes it. Install the ISO off of a USB drive Remove the sata drive and install from an IDE drive When I ran into this problem I even popped the disk out and put in my Vista install CD just to see if it was the drive... Vista installed flawlessly. So this stood as either an issue with the burn I had or just a random issue. BTW I also attempted to install from within Windows and got a setup error - so for me it seems to be a bad burn issue...nothing easily verifiable till it happens apparently from all the stuff I've read. As far as how I resolved it? Not yet... I will get back and post it once I finish downloading an ISO :P I personally plan to attempt a USB key install to save myself the headache of DVD-R coasters.

Yea, I ended up running out to Best Bumbles and picking up a 4gb for 9 bucks. Worth saving myself from some of the aggravation heh.

Well I just installed off my USB flash drive - Luckily my Motherboard allows me to interrupt POST so that I can choose the first boot device instead of setting it in advanced bios.
__________________But I downloaded the ISO and followed the instructions here http://kmwoley.com/blog/?p=345 I then used UltraISO Free eval version and followed the instructions posted on one of the comments. Easy as pie to make the drive an installable one. The install of Win7 went smooth and rather fast with the exception of one boot where I had accidentally set the advanced bios to boot the USB stick first (when windows rebootedmid install instead of continuing install it rebooted the usb key as if I was installing anew! Once I removed it as boot first and manually started the boot for install it all ran smooth and fast, was over and done with in no time!) BTW Win7 looks nice so far.
