Does anyone know a good video editing program? Something that can open and edit (frame-by-frame) lots of different formats. And also be able to save to different formats. Nothing too special like Premiere Pro. But being able to resize and edit and those kind of basic things.

Be wary of Pinnacle 10; Maximum PC didn't have very nice things to say about it in this month's issue. You can also try using Windows Moviemaker that comes with XP. It might not be the greatest, but you probably already have it!

Yea, I used it to make a few CSS Movies, but I find premiere 100% better (especially when you don't forget how to use it
)...

Not that i don't appreciate the comments, I do, but I was hoping for something other than windows movie maker. It doesn't support some formats I need. I guess I should have been more specific with that. Sorry.

Try google search or go right to - majorgeek.com or download.com. Both will have a bunch of the programs that you are looking for and you might just find the freeware that you're looking for!

Could try Adobe Premiere Elements?
Its pretty cheap, And basically the same as Premiere, Except more "Idiot friendly", Has a nice GUI but it doesn't give you all the nice options of the original, And not to mention lots of incompatilities with lots of codecs. ![]()
