I wrote a batch that would allow me to move files from the C:\\Document and Settings\\USER\\Desktop\\Motion Shots to N:\\. This is when I noticed the problem where I could not move the director Motion Shots. I tried moving it through GUI/from desktop to N:\\, but it would also say Access Denied.
I got curious, and tried to move the files within that directory, it moved. Note that within Motion Shots are other directories that are dated.
Example:
\\Motion Shots\\08\\08-20-10\\08\\*.*
First number is the month, then date, and then the hour.
None of those within directories move either. I can move the files inside the directly to the N:\\, but when I want to process the files over with the folders, it says Access Denied.
What could be the problem? It shouldn't be the program using the folder, because I had it off. If the files should move, shouldn't the folder as well?
