I heared that Vista comes with DirectX10 . so , i can't install vista with 6600GT ? or I can't play Vista games ? and when I can get something like 6600GT from nvidia using DirectX10 ? and in the end , if I get that , can I run XP and DirectX9.0C with it ?

With your card you will be able to run Vista just not all the fancy effects. You will be able to play all DirectX9 games just not the DirectX10 ones. You cant Run XP within Vista but you can play Older games on it though. The fancy effects in Vista is called ''Aeroglass'' it ust makes things look all sexy..people with DirectX9 cards cant run that feature, it just means Vista will look just like XP as it is now.

I heared about DirectX9.0 L . not sure about the version . it adds support for Shader Version4.0 on DirectX 9.0 Cards . what is this ? and when does geforce8 come ?

Well shader Model 4 is to do with the High dynamic range and lighting effects on the g-card,at current we only have shader model 3, but when the sm4 cards come out the Directx9L will help support these new cards.
