Default Video recording program

Hey guys, I am looking for a program that can record a video of you doing stuff on your computer. I have Fraps but for some reason ( Maybe this is how it always is -- I don't know) when it makes the movies they're huge! I made a few 30 second video clips of a game and it came out to be 310-320ish megabytes a piece! Anyone know of some good quality recording programs that will create more space efficient movies?

Give this a try:

I've been meaning to give this a try as well, but since my video card is currently under RMA its a no go. I agree though, Fraps files are way too big for how little length they record. Good luck!
