1st you have to change whatever drive is currently set to D to somthing else or else it will not let you change it.

2nd you go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management; On the left there will be a few drop downs, go to Storage > Disk Management > Right Click on the drive you want to change and click "Change Drive Letter & Paths"
