Since the first one isn't specifically made for the 360, I'd be willing to bet it wouldn't work when you plugged it in.

Xbox 360 networking is such a pain in the AS5. Just buy the real one for the 360 and you will have less headaches. Thats LESS its still a pain to install it.

that would suck cuz i have the belkin one for my computer so i could just use it to play xbox also instead of shelling out another 90$ for that xbox adapter

If you find an ethernet based wireless adapter its more likely to work with the 360 because it emulates an ethernet connection and doesnt require any drivers to work with it , some of the older usb wireless adapters work but its hard to find them in stores or online.

The wireless feature on the 360 is a pain......

Only the Offical adapter works (and its like $10000000)
