Yes. I am an Xbox enthusiast, and currently own about 5 of them. Doing my own cosmetic mods to them basically served as my gateway into learning PC mods and such. In my opinion though, cosmetically modding an Xbox is more fun than a PC-- It's kind of a challenge to see what you can pack inside.

Here's a video showing what the blue one looks like when it's on . I've also lit up the clear one with UV lighting, but at the moment have no video uploaded (both the blue and clear are XCM cases. Also, the clear one is UV reactive.. Hence the UV lighting ).

Anyway, people really need to lay off on the thread crapping. This thread is not neccisarily immature, and nobody needs to grow up.. It just has a clever title honoring a very stylish 360 replacement case. If anyone was actually serious about telling people to grow up, that's pretty entertaining. I don't believe anyone is completely mature in all departments.

Nah man, I'm talkin' original Xboxes :P . Those are the fun ones to cosmetically mod. The 360's are too much of a pain to take apart. That's why if I were to buy a new case for my 360, i'd buy a Xenon360 case.


From the way that video appears, it's extremely easy to open those cases. I'd be more motivated to LED a 360 up that way. I may just paint my stock case sometime though. I have what I need to make it look good, just got to do it.

Oh, and for the record, I only have one 360.
