Default Wow!

So I picked up a HDVGA Cable last night at work. After my 13 hour shift (9PM to 10AM) I decided to hook it up. Im running the VGA yo my 19" Samsung 940b and the RCA to the spare Sherwood Stereo Receiver i had laying around. Sound comes out of 2 RCA POS Speakers. Well Oh my god. the picture is AMAZING! I'm running it at 1280x1024 and it's stunning compared to my crap 480p tube TV. Assassin's Creed is GORGEOUS! I didnt have much time to test other games and i need to go to sleep since I have another overnight shift tonight. I am very happy and MSFT gets an a+ from me.

Everything seems to look better when its hooked up to VGA... except computers

I remeber the first time I modded a dreamcast to use VGA.
Thats exactly what I said "Wow!"

I was looking to upgrade my XBOX to the Elite simply to get the HDMI ports. The manager at my local GameStop pointed that cable out to me and recommended it. What a big difference 1080p makes over 720p.

I wish my TV supported 1080p through VGA. For some reason it doesn't.

If I ever manage to find a buyer for mine, I'll probably just sell it and get one with the HDMI port.

Me too! I was using a 19" Piece of crap tube until I got this cable and I plan on getting a 46" LCD later this year.

The VGA cables are such a good investment. Great resolution, plus if you have a VGA/DVI switch component on your monitor, switching between your 360 and you computer is a snap! Good times!
