hey guys i bought an LG w1934s wide screen 19" so i can hook my 360 to it threw VGA cable, but the picture seems a little stretched on all resolution some of them verticaly and other horizontaly, i tried all the resolution with normal and wide settings and nothing gave me the real picture in wide screen , what the problem!!!!

The picture gets streched out due to the aspect ratio. Your 19" Wide LCD has a native res of 1440x900 with an aspect ratio of 16:10 and the xbox 360 using 480p,720p or even 1080i has an aspect ratio of 16:9.
EDIT: Try dividing 1440 by 900 and 16 by 10, and then 1280 by 720 and 16 by 9. ![]()

plus most xbox and 360 console games are stuck at low res, 800x600, (except HD games) so hence it has to strech on your LCD monitor, and it wont look that good, if you don't like it you should be using it on a T.V
