Since only one of the games you're asking about is even available for purchase; and it's impossible for us to know which is "better" since no one has played GH:WT yet; I think this is a really odd question.

If you already have instruments, then just get both. Buy Rock Band now, then GH next month. If you're planning on dropping big bucks on the big box of instruments, then you'll need to wait until next month for people to say how good or bad their instruments are.

RB2 is pretty fun, by the way.

RB2!

Although it depends on what songs you like. If there are 1 or 2 songs you just can't live without on World Tour, then wait, but otherwise RB2 has more songs. You can port RB1's tracklist to RB2, and they have way more DLC.
