New to Overclock.net

Ok I have a older crt tv while I am using my 360 or just the tv the screen fades in and out, it happens so randomly it is hard to tell, and no I have not tested my 360 on another tv.
Any help is greatly appreciated I hope it is the tv...

Well, if it happens when your just watching tv. Sounds to me like its the TV itself.

that is what I figure but the 360 av cables connected with the 360 on shouldn't be doing anything to the normal tv right?
