It was down Monday, not today...Restart your router, and make sure the Ethernet plug is in your Xbox/Wireless Adapter is working.

I was mad, 24 hours for an update that didn't happen. I signed in to XBL last night and everything was the same, i was only on for 30 mins when i got booted and couldn't get back on. Called XBL this morning to have them credit my bank account for this month. I WON!

You have to act really angry like XBL is your entire life. I let them know, if i wanted to deal with intermittancy issues and not be compensated for time lost i would go buy a PS3, but no i have an xbox and i pay for my service so GIVE ME MY MONEY!
