a standard 10/100Mbps switch will work fine......or just plug all the Xboxes to your home network...one Xbox will host a game and the other ones will join thru multiplayer/system link option

should work fine, all you need to do is plug em into either a switch or a router, either should be find, just something that connects all the xbox's together (not tape or glue tho
).

yup.
![]() Only if you want access to Xbox LIVE on the consoles. If not then you can just leave it unplugged.

It's an ethernet cable, not phone line.

A little off-topic, but nostalgic none the less. We used to hook up 4 xbox + 4 TV's when I lived in a dorm with the original halo. It was EPIC! Had no problem getting 16 players on the go and if someone wanted to tap out, there was always someone waiting to grab their controller.
__________________On topic. What everyone else said. Plug them into your router and you're good to go. On a bit of a side note, if you use a cross over cable instead of a straight cable you can hook two xboxs up directly without the need of a router/hub.

OP has a DSL modem/router combo so there is a phone line jack on the back.
