Default Help me with headset mod

So I need to use my 360 headset with my headphones. The headphones are connected to the receiver.

Right now I have to wear two headsets to get sound from other people chatting and from the game.

What I was thinking is getting a ear bud set or connecting another ear bud speaker connected with just the wire.

Does anyone know if I can set the xbox to put the voices through the main speakers instead of the little speaker on the headset?

This is the headphones I use now that I want to use at the same time:

It would be much simpler if I could just get the sound to come out of the headphones and it would solve everything.

Yea can set it to do voice over the speakers in the preferences. Pull up the blade, go all the way to the right, then go to preferences, go to voice and set it to speakers only.

Press the guide button on the controller, select the Settings tab, then select Preferences. In the Voice setting you will be able to select "Play though headset", "Play through Speakers", or "Play through both."
