Are there any games being released in the near future (say the next 3 months) that could possibly be worth buying?

I'm currently waiting for Dragon Age: Origins to come out to play that. However, there are a few more coming out like CoD: Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Assassins Creed 2 and I was just wondering if there were any others that might be worth a look at?

Just want your opinions on any upcoming games that could possibly be a substitute for the above or maybe even in addition to any of these games?

Agreed, I wasted lots of precious time that I should have used for working on my circuits class project playing borderlands with my roommate. Its lots of fun, especially if you know other people who play it.
