So, I don't have any Halo games, but definitely want to change that. I am just trying to decide if I should get Halo 3 or Halo 3: ODST. I would just get 3, but since I can get all the multiplayer play of Halo 3 with ODST, plus the new campaign and firefight mode, it is a harder decision. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!

get odst its all the maps of halo 3 for free and the odst campain with firefight

If you get halo 3 grab the other 2 also and play the campaigns through so u can know the story it has a good one!

if not grab ODST

If you haven't played any Halo, you should pick up Halo: Combat Evolved. Rent Halo 2. Then Buy both Halo 3 and ODST. You really don't want to miss out on the series' fantastic campaigns.

I plan on buying all of them eventually, but right now I can only afford one. So it sounds like ODST would be my best bet?

ODST would be a better buy since it has Halo 3: Multiplayer disk. All I do is game on MLG playlist all day on Halo 3 anyway so the multiplayer is really good if you do have xbox live

If you're only going for one, I'd still recommend picking up Halo Combat Evolved first...the campaigns just won't mesh together if you don't play them in order.

Get ODST and Halo Combat Evolved for Xbox. It's only $10. We still stock it and Halo 2 at my Best Buy. Halo will get you started on the excellent campaigns and ODST will give you something to do in the meantime with it's standalone campaign and great MP.
