MW2 was really leaked though to clarify, that site just thought it would be funny to do this to get people banned for nothing.

Does anyone have proof of this? Besides this IRC chat of kids saying he "patched CoD4 with MW2 files, and changed the angles, so it looks more legit"

I was just reading so posts in a 360 forum at people getting banned and most people were like my 4th 360 got banned but my other 3 passed. Ultimately these so called pirates end up spending more money buying 360s then games.

I highly doubt that...
Most save the warranty sticker anyway, if it's banned, crack off a RAM chip, instant RRoD, throw the warranty sticker back on, and you'll have a new 360 back from MS themselves in under two weeks.
