For the Transformers fans out there who purchased Revenge of the Fallen or War for Cybertron on PC and are expecting support from the publisher there doesn't appear to be much hope.
People are no doubt aware that Activision have been silent regarding releaseing their pre-order bonus characters (Shockwave/Jazz/Demolisher) in updates for the PC version. For the X-Box 360 console release X-Box Live is used to unlock the characters, which in turn provides a simple release platfrom which they can easily charge for when it comes to any future characters as DLC. There is a similar situation for the Playstation 3 version as well.
However, for the PC such an update would have to be in form of a serial protected EXE, if it were to come at all. I recently sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org only to have gmail report that the message was being delayed with a 400 defferal. After a little investigation on my part it seems that whoever is in charge of the transformersgame.com domain (Hasbro / Activision / High Moon Studios) have neglected to provide any MX records for the mail exchange server of that domain.
The fact that they can't even be bothered to accept feedback from fans pretty much proves that they care very little about their customers in my point of view. I for one will be adding Activision on my avoid list of future purchases from now on.

*A dig in the Linux shell should pull back a valid A record for the hostname. For example, mail01.transformersgame.com. However in this case no hostname or IP have been provided. This in turn means that DNS servers will never find e-mail intended for that domain.
Example valid A record
|[[email protected] ~]# dig mx microsoft.com
