Richland mobile overclock / turbo edit on Win10

Hi, this may be a long shot but...

I've got a new motherboard with integrated A8 5545m as below which I'll be using mainly as a media pc in the bedroom, but hopefully a bit of gaming as well.

It looks to be exactly the same as this for an english version.

Given it's a mobile cpu on an itx board I was hoping to get the most out of it, even if that just means getting it to turbo a bit more consistently, and judging by the below userbenchmark run someone out there has managed it.

I think possibly I'm out of luck because I'm on windows 10 and the tools just aren't compatible anymore, for example I think I read in another thread here that msrtweaker stopped working after a recent win10 update.

I've tried amdoverdrive but no multiplier change sticks after hitting apply.
I've tried pscheck but although it shows in task manager it never actually opens on screen.
I've tried amdmsrtweaker but I get a freeze when I try to change anything.
I've tried the bios which has one option for cpu frequency from 100 to 128 (see below) but changing it doesn't seem to do anything.

Any suggestions welcomed!

Hey man, I know this is an old thread but I have the same issue with PSCheck, did you manage to figure it out? I've tried changing it to compatibility mode and running as admin but still no luck and same result, just runs in the background. Same CPU but I'm running Win 8.1
