[Overclock] Phenom ii x4 840

Hi there i'm new to this world of the overclocking
i've readed all the guides by i'm still not getting a stable overclock with my phii x4 840

If you read guides and aren't stable, then OC less.

Your motherboard is very likely to be holding back that CPU from reaching its maximum potential. Try lowering your RAM speed/Tightening the timings while on unganged mode with command rate of 2T (1T is usually not as stable on most systems), then raise your CPU-NB speed while keeping your core clock speed close to stock if possible. Run a benchmark to gauge your results.
