[Hardwareluxx] Matisse IR Dieshot

Hardwareluxx Matisse IR Dieshot (Ryzen 5 3600)
https://www.hardwareluxx.de/index.ph...rozessors.html

CCD (Core Complex Die). A CCD based on Zen 2 comes to 74 mm² at 3.9 billion transistors.
The IOD (I/O Die) brings it to 125 mm² and 2.09 billion transistors.
Unlike the chipset, the IOD is here in the 12-nm manufacturing, while it is manufactured as an X570 chipset in 14 nm

Guess there's no dummy die in single CCD CPUs

thanks for posting those. I think the 2nd and 3rd layout pictures are accurate.
1st layout CCD seems wrong to me as the HyperTransport crossbar is going the wrong direction.
Infinity Fabric is a superset of HyperTransport. IF might be very different and I'm wrong about it.

Yeah, it seems the first pic is wrong.
This one seems more correct.

Yeah, Andreas Schillin work looks very good. Somebody needs to make some mouse pads or mod mats to fund their 3900X upgrade.
