Undervolting R5 2600, TR 1950x

I cant seem to undervolt my gf's R5 2600 low enough, (tdie no lower than 30c while playing browser games), yet my TR 1950x is happy with .9875v @ 35 multiplier and gets 26c tdie idle. I have both processors set to .9875v and both have llc set to auto, level 5/ auto auto. ram xmp is on 3000(1.35v) for both systems, however the 2600 system has corsair lpx 2x8 and the 1950x system has adata xpg z1 4x8. pbo is off on both systems and the ambient temperature is actually about 3 degrees higher for the 1950x system. I believe it is just the cooling setups, but im asking just incase a lower voltage is possible on the 2600 system. the cooling is stock for the 2600, and a coolermaster ml360 tr edition for the 1950x. If i install an x52 kraken in the 2600 system, will temps be similar to the 1950x system? i dont have a jumper for the cmos yet, so im hesitant to use process of illimination to get the voltage down, but i have tried .95v at 3400 mhz and it crashed spontaniously; im guessing while idling. oh, and the mobos are asrock b450m steel legend for the 2600, and asrock x399 fatality for the 1950x. Please help, cuz id rather not wait and install the kraken. there is plenty of airflow in both systems, more in than out also. Thank you for your time.

I have dropped the voltage on the 2600 from .9875 to .98125 and the average temp has only lowered about 1c

underclock your ram to 2666 or 2400 will reduce cpu power consumption a few more watts(this will lower the clock/voltage of the infinity fabric), might get you down to the temps you want. Why do you need such low temps anyway?
