Why to spend 100$ for a loop cooler, when u can get a really good air cooler for almost half the price?
And probably you will get the same results in OC.

Dark Rock and NH15 are both $90+ and anything less won't get you the cooling of an AIO

Mugen Rev. B is around 50 bucks and has 1-3 degrees difference from the NH15.
