4380 max peak boost 3700x in ryzen master

Title. Is that for other 3700x owners? I can see 4.4 only in hwinfo, but ryzen master peak clocks won't reach 4.4 during a cinebench SC

Check with CPUz... In all honesty I do not touch Ryzen Master as what it reports seem off. Hwinfo64 and CPUz works just fine.

I also have no issues with HWInfo and CPU-Z. Don't have a 3700X, but my 3900X peaks at 4625-4650 after flashing 1004B Bios and 1usmus power plan.

According to AMD, Hwinfo reports core speed just before they sleep.
Hwinfo themselves said that "effective clock" reports are more accurate.
I usually never see more than 4375 on both peak speed ryzen master and hwinfo effective clock, but "core perf" goes up to 4.450. Nice placebo
