Their selling the 3900x for 699.99 US Dollar

At amazon all the retailers are selling the 3900x for freakin 700 dollars. I thought it was 499.99 ......... So is the 3950x Im about to buy gonna cost 950 dollars ?

It's out of stock again. Amazon lists 3rd party sellers as well and those are the ones jacking up the prices.

Probably a bad sign for the 3950X unless AMD is stockpiling CCDs for the release in an attempt to meet demand for the 3950X.

Not sure where you are located but U.S. micro center has 3900x for 499.99 pretty much the cpu go to place for me they always have lowest prices
And if they don't they will match if sold and shipped by amazon/ newegg any major retailer

Amazon/ newegg/.. always have gouge sellers but if you wait amazon/.. will eventually have some in stock with lower prices just have to wait for it.
