The latest version of HWInfo (6.2) shows the PPT, TDC and EDC. You'll quickly run into the stock EDC limitation with this CPU.

I think I need to look into the mounting of my AM4 EK Velocity. I did some prime95 128k/128k stabillity testing today and hit thermal limit (95c) trying to get 4.4 stable at 1.325 volts.

I have two 360 rads and the coolant temp never went above 27.5C during my tests.

My All Core P95 testing produced these results:
4.3 - 1.225 vcore
4.35 - 1.2625 vcore
4.375 - 1.2875 vcore
4.4 - 1.325 vcore (thermal limit)
Interesting those speeds and vcore's you give is the same as what I need for my Ryzen 9 3900X. I can go up to 4.468ghz but I need 1.375 to 1.3875vcore to get it bench stable so the temps rise into 90C when running CB20, but I do not get any thermal limit indicators.

I put mine to 130% on CPU/SOC/MEM. Also using the 1usmus power plan (for Windows 1809 or older).

The performance enhancer is set to "auto"

where in the bios are PPT, TDC, and EDC located at to adjust them? Appreciate your feedback and thank you for your post!

Thermal problems with 3950X.

I can only go up to 4.2GHz at 1.3V all core, despite using a 360mm Corsair H150i cooler running at max speed. Temps are around 91C with this overclock. Not sure what's happening, this rig used to keep my 3900X below 80C at max overclock. Any suggestions?

My CPU SOC is stable at 1867/1.055v.

I am testing memory to be stable at 3733 14-16-16-36 1T GDM 1.44v. Originally 3600C16 b-die.

I am getting lower single core and multi core compared to just running stock memory 3600C16, why is this?

Maybe try to reseat the block. What I do is to spread the thermal paste very thin all over the IHS and then fit the cooler. In the same breath however I need to also state that I went from on Ryzen 9 3900X to a second because the first had a really bad cold bug, as in -30c and system shut down and won't start up again until I defrost and dry. Now the second cpu can clock higher as in 4.4ghz all core using only 1.3225vcore. Now with the old processor when I ran 4.3ghz at 1.3225vcore temps would rise to around 75 maybe 78c while running cinebench20, with this chip I am looking at around 88c while running CB20 at the same vcore. Yes I know the speed is higher but the vcore will have a greater influence on the temps I'd think.

With my old chip the highest clocks I got was 4.367ghz using 1.3875vcore and temps in CB20 will be around 85C max, but with this chip when I run it 4.468ghz using 1.3875vcore I'll get 91c or there about when running CB20.
