Need Help

CPU: Ryzen 3600 (stock cooler)
MOBO: ASROCK X570M PRO4
RAM: PATRIOT VIPER STEEL 3200Mhz
PSU: COOLER MASTER 750WATT 80+ BRONZE
SSD: KINGSTON A400 1TB
INTERNET-SPEED: 200 down, 15 up

Problems: XMP setting is unstable somehow to run RAM at 3200Mhz, since day one its been at 2133Mhz. The first problem was any fullscreen application would freeze but fix itself after a minute. Second problem was games freezing, but a windows update fixed that. That's when the problem came back and now lags only me, and not my FPS either. Even when I freeze the other player continue on (of course). The second kind of freezing is only my (all) movement, can't turn or move and also never says I'm lagging because I check ping on most games I play like CSGO, Siege, Rocket League, PUBG, Age of Empires. Even on none internet games the freezing happens.

I contacted the MOBO manufacturer and they told me to overclock one stick to see how far it can go on both and that's all. But even with changing the Mhz, the games still do the weird freezing.
PC always crashes at 3200Mhz as well.

you're having stability issues ... so you check your ping?

put everything back to stock, load the default options for everything in the BIOS and don't enable XMP. are the issues gone?
