3500X Value Gaming King?

Enjoy playing with hardware.Ordered a 3500X from china as a novelty.Shipped to the states for about $120.
6 cores.6 threads.No SMT.
For gaming this cpu will run with any ryzen 3000 series.

Looking forward to installing CPU.
Can anyone translate the writing on box?

It will win some and lose some vs other Ryzens gaming wise. Depending on game, settings, gpu etc. Example, I wouldn't be surprised if it beats first gen in poorly threaded games.

Not sure what the sticker from the Vendor says, but I would assume the box says 3rd generation processor, pci gen 4 ready.

Tech Yes City did some benchmarks on one a little while ago.

Seems decent if you don't need the extra threads.

Really good gaming PC. That's about all that's it can do.

I have been eyeing this CPU for a while now. Plan on using it on my next build for my brother. Between this and the new 85 dollar Ryzen 1600 that uses 12nm process you can't really go wrong with AMD.

It's on Newegg but definitely not "sold" by since it's specifically for the Chinese market.
