It can't outperform the stock cooler on this cpu. This exact AIO could easily handle my 8700k at 5.1ghz, 1.42v, 230w~

That's what led me to believe the CPU is the issue, since the radiator isn't even warm, the AIO isn't absorbing heat from the CPU. But I've remounted it multiple times and checked thermal paste spread each time, every time it has covered nearly the entire CPU IHS in a thin, even thickness film.

When running my 8700k the radiator and it's end tanks were HOT, and hot air was pouring off of the rad.

Now there's like just barely above room temp air coming off the rad.

Ok, fair enough, but the radiator won't get warm with such low heat anyway. 88W is not much.

Yeah I did, I use hwinfo now, but this screenshot is over 2 years old so nothing I can do about it.
