There is no problem. I made all tests about stability.

My 2.5 years old delidded 7980xe @ 4600mhz all core with 49ns memorylatency (4000c16 twekaed) is faster than 3950x max overclocked on water in every scenario. Pretty good for a ancient cpu
In gaming it has no chance vs my new 10900k @ 5400mhz and 4600c16 tweaked memory. ~35ns memorylatency.

You need to run the Geekbench 3 in the op of the thread and paste the link for the op.

Have you tried 4.6 or higher oc? Looks like your chip is capable of more.

I have edited the top of thread as you said. Actually, i did not try 4.6 or higher. Because this voltage is so superb for daily usage. I have cpu cooler which is called fuma 2 and it turns about 1200rpm in cbr20. Temperature is almost 65-70C in bench. In the games, these are 58-62C.

What's the score at CB20?
70 degrees as the maximum temp sounds amazing for 4.5ghz

This 1.23v really saves the date and helps with low temps.
But with this cooler I believe u would go near 85 degrees, if u decide to try CB20 at 1.35v or higher for higher clocks.
