could 3600 4.1 @ 1.3v cause game crashes?

Hi Guys, i am very new to overclocking and have some crash issues while playing games.
I use msi b450 mortor max, 5700xt red dragon and sporting a very old harddrive for time being and also an old 32 inch 60hz TV.

I have clocked my 3600 to 4.1 @ 1.3v (r20 3694 m score)

It usually crashes when i load a certain part of a game or even just in a menu but after setting core to 1.3v it does stabilise abit.

I was wondering if my TV causes this or the very old HDD?

Or is just my cpu not liking what I set?

Also ryzen master shows core volt at 1.1? Is this normal?
