could 3600 4.1 @ 1.3v cause game crashes?

Hi Guys, i am very new to overclocking and have some crash issues while playing games.
I use msi b450 mortor max, 5700xt red dragon and sporting a very old harddrive for time being and also an old 32 inch 60hz TV.

I have clocked my 3600 to 4.1 @ 1.3v (r20 3694 m score)

It usually crashes when i load a certain part of a game or even just in a menu but after setting core to 1.3v it does stabilise abit.

I was wondering if my TV causes this or the very old HDD?

Or is just my cpu not liking what I set?

Also ryzen master shows core volt at 1.1? Is this normal?

Thanks!

You should run stock if you can only get 4.1ghz OC.

check psu ampere requirements due to the 5700xt likely a power draw issue.
Its more likely the 5700xt is the cause for crashes.

1.3v is too much for just 4.1ghz

You should leave it to auto probably for such cpu clocks with stock boost.
Use manual vcore only for higher Ocing.

Check your video driver if it’s not your overclock, last year when I had an AMD card the newest driver would crash my games. I would usually run a video driver that was at least 2 months old and I didn’t have any crashes after that. Is your memory OCed?
