I used the stock heatsink but slapped a fan from a Volcano 7+ on there so it was a little more than average and ran pretty well. I too have a XP-120 and a 120mm 90cfm Panaflo fan and I get 38-41C full load when the AC is on and about 45C load when the air conditioner is off

Is prime95 torture test the best way to check system stability when overclocking??

It's probably the most widely used, but I personaly don't much faith in it, I can run Folding which is CPU arthimetic stress for days on end, but Prime95 fails in a few hours, so oh well
But it's a good starting point, I'm usually happy if I pass for one hour or more
