I have an AMD XP2500+ on a MSI K7N2 Delta-L Mobo with just stock cooling. Im new to overclocking. I set my clock speed to 200Mhz and increased the Vcore Voltage to around 1.7. Can increasing or decreasing Vcore voltage from the CMOS damage my hardware? Or when overclocking should I just increase it to the highest value that is available in the CMOS options.

You can safely go to 1.8 As long as you keep your temps under 55c on load.
Yes you can do damage if your temps get too high.
Try 200 and check your temps, Then increase 2 notches at a time.
What kind of ram do you have?

I've got 256x2 PC3200 DDR2 RAM, not sure of the make. I can go above 200 Mhz? My Board only has the option of choosing from 100Mhz/133Mhz/166Mhz and 200Mhz.

Besides Vcore what about the DDR voltage and the AGP voltage? Till what level is it safe to increase them? and the CPU multiplier, What should I set that to?

You have to set the FSB to "User Defined" "Expert" "Agressive" or something of that sort in order for it to let you pick the higher FSB's and go up in increments of 1mhz at a time.

Your multi is locked at 11 if its a newer chip. your only way to OC is thru the clock.
