The last time it happened, i took my AIO apart and saw the gummy blockages first hand. My recommendation would be to just get rid of the unreliable product and go with a TR4 air cooler, or a custom loop. Unfortunately there are no other AIOs (that I am aware of) that have the full coverage blocks on them.

I would look at a few:

Cooler Master MAM-D7PN-DWRPS-T1 AMD Wraith Ripper

be quiet! Dark Rock Pro TR4

Noctua NH-U9 TR4-SP3

The CoolerMaster TR4 ML360 has a full coverage cold plate. However the fin stack does not cover all the dies since it is based on the ubiquitous Asetek hardware. I agree with the assessment that only a custom cooling proper TR4 cpu block is the proper solution.

After a great deal of tuning, I just don't think the IMC on this particular CPU is going to allow for stability at 3200. I accepted that getting four sticks of dual sided dual rank RAM to 3133 in a quad channel config would be the best I could do for now.

This was the final build:

Thank you all again for your input and support!

I came up with a better cooler then that enermax thing I took my old EK preditor 240
and put a EK Supremacy sTR4 RGB block and my ideal temps are 55-60c and did a cyne r20 run and it went to 90c
