I use Grub since my primary os is linux and I have an entry for windows

Works on Zenith Extreme Alpha as well. I went for fresh install of W10 Pro x64 1903 and Linux Mint v19.1, did also have 2x SATA SSD and 2x SATA HDD connected to system but NVMe booted/took install as it should without 0 issues.

Yes, ZEA boots up from m.2 nvme drive.
