No sound Asrock B450M HDV R4

I had this setup in a Deepcool Tesseract and all worked fine. I was using a old version of windows USB install probably 2017.

I downloaded all the updates and moved the parts to a Rosewill FBM-X1. The front ports detect the headphones inserted but no sound. I downloded the newest realtek drivers from both Asrock and realtek with no fix.

Any idea why sound isn't working ? Also my 7950 HDMI sound isn't coming across.

I also reinstalled windows 10 october 2018 edition.

If both your case front panel inputs (assuming they're properly connected) and video card's audio output aren't working, I'm betting it's software related. Double check your sound settings in the windows control panel. Your default sound device may be automatically changing to your monitor. (mine does this sometimes, it's annoying).
